Pepper type Makedoniko has been a key choice of consumers through the years, due to its crispness and mild spicy taste. They are cultivated by our company, in the fertile soils of Thessaly Greece. After all stages of harvesting, sorting and passing through the fermentation procedure, peppers are being packaged and distributed to the market according to our customers’ requirements.
